Very pleased with this vacuum cleaner. Powerful motor picks up dirt very well. Easy to empty dirt collector. A little bit noisy but noise is not annoying.

I'm very pleased with this cordless hand vac which I've had for a month. It's much more powerful than my previous dust buster and cleans much better. The battery life is very good, but time will tell how it holds up. The dust chamber empty feature is nice, but you still get some dust created just by opening it up to empty which is inevitable I guess. Haven't tried washing the filters yet, but expect that to extend the filter life.

Amazon shipped me an already used black and decker vacuum cleaner :(. I dont believe that Amazon could be this irresponsible.
The vacuum cleaner's filter was froth with dust and the machine was not even wrapped in plastic to make it look like a not used product. Looks like Amazon just shipped me a returned/used product :(

This vacuum has great suction. I bought it primarily for my two vehicles. While I'm pleased with the performance, I'm not thrilled with the battery life. Used on a compact car with a full charge, I can complete the seats, front carpet, and half of the rear carpet before the battery drains completely. I realize it might be a little overly-ambitious to expect enough juice to complete both cars between charges, but I think it's within reason to expect it to last long enough to complete one car. This thing also makes a pretty good amount of noise during use. The neighbors will definitely know when you're vacuuming your car, so choose the time of day accordingly. Other than the noise and short battery life, I'm very pleased with the performance, especially for spot-cleaning around the house.
